*Prize Draw Terms and Conditions: Only patients over the age of 18 years of age will be entered into our prize draw. Only patients who actually attend a New Patient Examination appointment before the end of December will be entered into our prize draw. If you are a first or second prize draw winner, and are not dentally fit/ suitable for whitening treatment, then an alternative prize of a similar value will be offered to you.
